I called super last minute because I broke a tooth and everybody was super nice! Which is great when you have had bad experiences in the best! From the First Lady on the phone I spoke to, to reception, the dentist, hygienist the first tech all of them amazing! Then I sat down with Cassie who went over pricing and options because I do have a lot of work to be done she was super nice and helped me be able to afford the work I need done on my teeth. Will be recommending everybody here.

Just went for a new patient appointment and everyone was super sweet and professional. The lady who did my screening was sooooo nice and Cassie went thru pricing and my options with me. All were very patient with me and my questions.

Wasn’t really a fan of the experience. Everyone was very kind, but it was extremely disorganized. I sent in my paperwork days ahead, and none of it was processed. My appointment started an hour later than what it was planned for making me late to work. They had people that walked in that went back before me. I’ve never been to a dentist and requested a cleaning and they didn’t clean my teeth. I was visited by the doctor and the hygienist and neither of them did anything aside from poke at my teeth and sent me on my way. I would prefer a more attentive practice and maybe a smaller one.

Although our family is still new here i was having a kinda hectic morning and the receptionist was so patient with me. The dentist and assistants were all amazing.... everyone in this office was amazing my child was previously traumatized by different dental practice and aspen made my son feel so comfortable and didnt judge him. We truly appreciate them all at the okemos branch its about a 15 to 20 min drive but it is well worth it.

Many people dread going to the dentist, but I always look forward to see LeeAnn every six months for my routine care! I have been a loyal client for many years to the Okemos Aspen Dental and she is always professional, gentle, and very thorough throughout my entire cleaning. She took the time to talk through my medical history, explain every step of the visit clearly, and made me feel comfortable and at ease during the appointment. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude truly stood out. I will miss our chats about making jam and apple pie every year. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I really appreciate the care and patience she showed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!
